
1. Weekly passes must be purchased no later than Sunday by 1pm. If purchased after 1pm, the pass will not be active until the late payment penalty is paid.
2. The weekly pass does not have rollover days and starts over every Sunday.
3. Routes may start early to ensure all passengers reach their destinations on time.
4. The weekly passes can only be used on the available routes and cannot be used outside of the designated shuttle routes.
5. If the scheduled route times do not fit your work schedule or needs, please contact us to check for availability.
6. New route times will be added based on customer needs, typically requiring a minimum of 2 people to add a new route.
7. Additional fees will apply for anyone requiring early pick-ups or late pick-ups.
8. Individual direct trips cannot be accommodated as it would impact the reasonable prices we offer for weekly passes.
9. Weekly passes are intended to provide transportation at a low cost by sharing the costs among passengers going to the same geographic area. We are not an Uber/Lyft service.
10. Trips outside of the scheduled shuttle times will require separate booking.
